Current availability
Current availability
Self-service practice-data export is available in Settings on every plan. When connected, download synced practice from your account. The device-copy option includes locally stored practice and pending changes.
What the practice export contains
Hobbies and goals, sessions and notes, recorded outcome evidence, saved progression history, and current and retained corrections. The file identifies its account, creation time, source and record counts. Generated insights and saved conversations have a separate intelligence-data export in Settings.
File format
The export is a versioned JSON file: a structured format other tools can read. Account exports contain synced records; device copies identify themselves separately.
Example structure only — not a real export

Identity verification
We must verify that the person requesting an export controls the account. Another person's email address is not proof of ownership, and neither is an arbitrary account ID. Never send your password or other authentication secrets as proof.
Privacy and security handling
Exports must not include passwords, password hashes, access tokens, refresh tokens, private keys, full payment-card details, or another person's information.
Current limitations
The practice export does not include billing records, generated audio files or every category of account information. A device copy can be incomplete if records have not been downloaded to that device. Contact support to request other account information.
