Privacy Policy
HobbyTrack is built to feel calm and trustworthy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about your data.
Information we collect
When you create an account, HobbyTrack may collect your email address, display name, account identifier, plan status, and basic account timestamps. When you use the app, you may add practice data such as hobbies, categories, session dates, session duration, focus areas, notes, energy, today's goal, next steps, weekly rhythm, and progress history.
If you choose a paid plan, payment information is handled by Stripe. HobbyTrack does not store full card numbers. We may store Stripe-related identifiers and subscription status so the app can show the correct plan access.
How we use information
We use your information to provide the HobbyTrack service, save and sync your practice data, show your dashboard, maintain account access, process billing status, improve product reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal practice data.
We may use aggregated or non-identifying information to understand how the product is used and where the experience can be improved.
Data security
HobbyTrack uses third-party infrastructure designed for secure account storage, database access, payments, and hosting. We aim to limit access to personal information to what is needed to operate and support the service. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect user data.
Third-party providers
HobbyTrack uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and cloud sync. Stripe is used for payments, checkout, subscription management, and billing portal access. Cloudflare may be used for hosting, DNS, security, performance, and web analytics.
These providers process information according to their own privacy and security practices. Payment details entered during checkout are handled directly by Stripe.
Your rights and deletion requests
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. If you ask us to delete your account data, we will make reasonable efforts to remove your account and associated practice data, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, billing, security, or legitimate business reasons.
