Description of the service

HobbyTrack is a calm practice-tracking app for hobbies and skills. The service helps users create hobbies, log practice sessions, keep next steps clear, review weekly rhythm, and reflect on progress over time.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for activity that happens through your account. You should provide accurate account information and contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Subscription and billing terms

HobbyTrack may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are shown on the pricing section before purchase. Stripe is the payment processor and source of truth for payment status.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Users may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Taxes or payment provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.

Lifetime purchases are one-time payments that provide ongoing access for as long as the product is offered.

Cancellation policy

You can manage or cancel recurring subscriptions through the Stripe Customer Portal when available for your account. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, and access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be provided at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse HobbyTrack, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, abuse payment flows, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the service for unlawful activity. You are responsible for the practice notes and content you add to your account.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

HobbyTrack is provided as a practice-tracking and reflection tool. It is not medical, financial, legal, fitness, educational, or professional advice. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim to keep HobbyTrack reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HobbyTrack and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to the service or terms

HobbyTrack may change over time as the product improves. We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
