This page explains how account deletion works. Deletion itself happens after you sign in — from Settings inside the app.

You can delete your account directly from Settings inside the app: sign in, open Settings, and use Delete account. You can also request deletion by emailing hello.hobbytrack@outlook.com from the email address connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an email request.

What account deletion means

Deleting your account is intended to remove or anonymize the personal account and practice data associated with you, while leaving shared, non-personal content in place.

Data covered by account deletion

Account deletion is intended to cover your profile, practice data — hobbies, sessions, settings, and reflections — subscription status, AI-generated guidance history, coach-related records, and any audio generated for your account.

Possible required retention

Some information may need to stay on file for legal, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security reasons, even after your account is deleted.

Subscription cancellation warning

Deleting your account doesn't automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel any paid subscription through Stripe or your billing portal as well.

Identity verification

We need to verify that you control the account before completing a deletion request. Please don't include passwords, access or refresh tokens, payment-card information, or other secrets in your request.

Permanent consequence

Deletion is intended to be permanent. Once it's completed, your practice data, coach-related records, and account information may not be recoverable.

How to request it

The most direct option is Settings inside the app: sign in and use Delete account there. To request deletion by email instead, contact hello.hobbytrack@outlook.com from the address connected to your account, or include that account email in your message. We'll confirm once your request is completed, or let you know if we need more information.
